Liverpool John Lennon Airport to strengthen links with North West travel agents with appointment of experienced travel trade executive
Natalie Mackay as a travel trade executive at Liverpool John Lennon Airport
Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LJLA) has appointed Natalie Mackay as a travel trade executive helping to develop the airport’s relationship with travel agents.
Natalie, who has 25 years’ experience in the industry, will look to strengthen the airport’s relationships with travel agents across Liverpool city region, the wider North West and North Wales
She has spent the past five years working as a branch manager at the Liverpool Kirkby branch of national chain Hays Travel.
A recent growth in services and operators at LJLA, alongside the airport’s award winning customer service, means that more and more of the region’s travellers are now choosing to fly from Liverpool.
Natalie’s work over the coming weeks and months will be to ensure that the region’s travel trade know all about the latest airport developments and the benefits of flying from Liverpool.

This is to help with the service they offer when dealing with customers who may be considering flying from Liverpool for the first time.
