Liverpool hospitality venue Spaces at The Spine reveals appointment of new group general manager

Spaces at The Spine, a hospitality and conference venue at The Spine office building in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter, appoints new group general manager.
Jo Stafford, who offers 15 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, will oversee catering and venue operations at the events venue and its sister venue RCP London Events.
She brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the Company of Cooks team based at the Royal College of Physicians venues, having worked in locations ranging from boutique hotels in Dublin to large chains in Scotland.
In her new role Jo will manage event services operations, focusing on financial success, workforce development and maintaining a “cutting-edge, sustainable event offering”.
“As I embark on this exciting journey, my primary focus is to drive innovation in our culinary offerings while upholding the highest standards of service excellence,” she said.

Spaces at The Spine won Business Events Venue of the Year at the 2023 Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards and it is currently shortlisted in the miaList Awards 2024 for the category ‘Best Venue over 300’.
