I have worked in accountancy since 1995, I move into Forensic Accountancy services in 2000. Since 2000 I have had experience of a varied case load including: Personal Injury Claims – All areas covered including medical negligence, fatal accident and road traffic accidents. Along with loss of earnings, loss of pension is a key head of damage in personal injury claims and I have advised on these cases regularly. Fraud Investigations – Fraud investigations can be either Civil or Criminal investigations, whichever it is I can deal with all aspects from planning the investigation right through to reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary. Matrimonial – Providing an assessment of real earnings, through financial investigation and business valuation if necessary. Commercial Disputes – In business, disputes are inevitable, whether this be a claim for business interruption, breach of contract or any other commercial dispute. Proceeds of Crime – In previous cases I have been working on behalf of the Defendant to consider the report prepared by the Crown Prosecution Service. In these cases I will examine the report and determine what sources of income are legitimate and did not originate from the proceeds of crime. Thus reducing the amount of benefit that the Defendant would have received from the proceeds of crime. Specialties: Personal Injury Claims,Fraud Investigations.
