Liverpool law firm Hill Dickinson will have its name on the new ยฃ750m Everton stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock after signing a multi-year agreement with the club.

Neither Everton nor Hill Dickinson, a corporate and maritime specialist practice, have revealed the value of the deal but such naming rights agreements are typically worth tens of millions of pounds. The arena will be known as the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Founded in 1810, Hill Dickinson is a commercial law firm spanning 11 offices across the UK, Europe and Asia. Its most recent accounts it revealed annual revenues of ยฃ145.5m and pre-tax profits of ยฃ59m. Its 150 partners shared a windfall totalling ยฃ56.3m.

Everton will kick off the 2025/26 Premier League season at its new 52,888-capacity home in Liverpool Waters. Its current home Goodison Park will be the home ground of Everton Women.

Craig Scott, chief executive of Hill Dickinson, which has traditionally been a big supporter of the arts in Liverpool, said:โ€ฏโ€œTo put our name to Evertonโ€™s new stadium is a once-in-a-generation opportunity.

โ€œWe believe deeply in what this project stands for โ€” a bold, transformational vision for Liverpool and its future.ย This partnership is about legacy, ambition and the power of two globally recognised organisations coming together to make a difference.

โ€œAs Hill Dickinson continues to grow internationally, we remain proud of our Liverpool roots โ€” and we are honoured to be part of one of the most exciting waterfront developments in Europe.โ€

โ€œThis partnership goes beyond branding โ€” itโ€™s a shared commitment to progress, excellence and the regeneration of our city.

โ€œHill Dickinson Stadium will stand as a symbol of Evertonโ€™s ambitions, our values, and the global future we are building together.โ€
