Law firm Primas Law which operates out of Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire and London, appoints new commercial partner to supports its growth plans

Corporate law firm Primas Law has hired Nikki Knappett as its new commercial partner. 

Primas has offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire and London. It has taken on Nikki to support ongoing plans to grow its presence across the North West.

She brings more than 30 years of legal experience to the firm, including 20 years of in-house experience working in head of legal and general counsel roles across a broad spectrum of businesses. 

Until December 2024 Nikki was legal director at Beyond Corporate law in Manchester and, prior to that, she worked as a senior associate at Kuits.

This latest hire follows the appointment of corporate partner Jennifer Gallagher at the end of 2024, and marks the firm’s plans to enhance and expand service offerings across the North West to meet client demand. 

“I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Primas team, as we make ambitious plans to grow our service offerings,” said Nikki.

“The NorthWest boasts a thriving business community, and I’m excited to bring my experience to our new and existing client base to drive business growth across the region.”
