Global womenswear, accessories and homeware brand Anthropologie is to open a 7,000 sq ft outlet at Liverpool ONE.
Founded in Pennsylvania in the US in 1992, the chain now operates more than 200 stores worldwide. This Liverpool ONE outlet, which will be located in Peterโs Lane, will be its first in the North West of England.
Liverpool ONEโs Anthropologie will house the brandโs own-label collections, including Maeve, Daily Practice and Celandine. It will also offer clothing lines across popular womenswear brands, and a range of footwear, accessories, and homeware.
Matt Hilgeman, managing director at Anthropologie International, said: โWeโre excited to be bringing Anthropologie to Liverpool with our first standalone store in the North West.
โCreativity is at the heart of everything we do โ from our product curation to the in-store experience โ so opening in a city with such a rich cultural identity feels like a natural fit. We canโt wait to welcome the local community into our Liverpool ONE space.โ
Anthropologieโs signing follows UNIQLO opening the doors to its Liverpool ONE store in April.ย Also joining the line-up later this month are Sephora and TFG London.
LBN also revealed in April that the former Topshop store in Church Street, part of the Liverpool ONE estate, was to be split into four separate units with the 68,000 sq ft space expected to be ready for occupation by the end of 2025.
Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE โ Landsec, added: โ2025 is a year of huge momentum at Liverpool ONE.ย
โAnthropologie is yet another leading international retailer that aligns perfectly with the calibre of brands at the destination, further cementing Liverpool ONE as the UKโs hot spot for the best names in retail, and providing more unique reasons to visit.โ
