Working in partnership with port owner Peel Ports and CLdN have delivered a multi-million pound redevelopment of Brocklebank Dock which offers almost 1m sq ft of new surfacing for 900 trailer bays.

These enhancements at the quayside are designed to accommodate larger, more environmentally friendly ships, with CLdN now operating 24 sailings a week between Liverpool and Dublin โ with capacity increased by 25%.
This service is being expanded by using larger vessels. And CLdN has unveiled its latest ship on the Mersey โ MV Seraphine. It is a dual fuel vessel capable on running on conventional marine diesel or liquefied natural gas, including bio methane.
Using these larger ships CLdN says will reduce customersโ CO2 emissions per tonne of transported cargo by up to 50%.ย
Its service plays an essential role in transporting freight between Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, with CLdN carrying more than 200.000 freight units on the route every year.
